Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
OneLoanRelief is a matching service, not a provider, law firm, lender, or government program. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
When you use the eligibility check on our site, we collect:
- Your state (two-letter code)
- Your approximate unsecured debt amount (a selected range)
The current eligibility check does not collect your name, email, or phone. If you later choose to contact a provider, you may share contact details directly with that provider on their website or by phone. Their privacy policy will apply to information you give them.
We also receive basic technical information from your browser and our servers, such as the pages you view, approximate timestamps, and standard device and browser data. This helps us keep the site reliable and improve it.
How we use information
- To check if you qualify for a match with a vetted debt relief provider
- To connect you with that provider if you choose to proceed
- To improve our matching service and site experience
Sharing and referrals
If you choose to proceed with a match, you will interact directly with the provider. Today, that is typically done by clicking to the provider's website from our site. If and when we transmit information to a provider on your behalf, we will share only what is needed to make the introduction. We do not sell your personal information.
Outbound links to a provider may include referral identifiers so the provider can attribute a referral (for example, sub1–sub5, creative_id, or source_id). These identifiers are used for attribution and measurement.
When enabled, we may include a consent-capture script (such as TrustedForm) to record proof of consent. That script may receive page context needed to create a certificate.
Cookies and tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site reliable, understand basic usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can browse our site without submitting information. You can choose not to proceed with a match. You can request access to or deletion of information we hold by emailing .
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your information within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states), you may have rights to request access to or deletion of your information, and to know about our data practices. We do not sell personal information. To exercise a request, email .

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
